We have developed invaluable market knowledge throughout the UK thanks to our strong national network and geographic footprint.

We are confident in our ability to achieve such large volumes for our clients thanks to the investments we have made in expanding our comprehensive network, along with the well-positioned fleet of over 150 vehicles we have on the road.

Operating from more than 20 locations across the UK, we boast a strong Home Delivery network, that allows us to fulfil delivery of more than four million parcels to homes across the country each year.

How we work

Through our home delivery service – Flow Logistics – we can offer clients a bespoke delivery service, with solutions to suit their individual requirements.

Our drivers receive training of the highest standard, using our state of the art driving simulator, which was produced by the manufacturers of the Boeing 747 for safe and cost effective training delivery.

We fully assess and train each of our drivers, ensuring all legal and health and safety requirements are met, including drug and alcohol testing. We ensure our fleet of vehicles are checked on a regular and regimental basis.

We know that time is of the essence when it comes to logistics and busy periods can really test even the largest of retailers. That’s why our drivers are on 24-hour on call as standard, ensuring a quick and effective delivery service for our clients, at all times.

We’ve also invested in innovations in our communications, time management and productivity measurements, so that we can react to real time management performance information across our delivery network.
