HR Surgery

Last week we launched our first HR Surgery with one of our clients, and the day was a great success with over 25 attendees.

We hold these surgeries so our colleagues know who they can turn to if they need any help or advice, or, if they have any questions that they do not feel comfortable speaking to their line manager about. Modern Day Slavery was a big topic for this surgery, showing how to identify if you suspect someone is a victim and how to report anything suspicious.

We’ll be running regular HR surgeries throughout the year at various client sites!
