Nexus People are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join our internal team working on our client site in Accrington.

You must be able to travel to the site (BB5 4EE) to start work at 07:00 and if you have some experience in both Admin and Recruitment that would be preferred. 
 
The Role & Your Responsibilities
You will be based at our client’s Distribution Centre in Accrington and the role will include: 

• Working in the recruitment office and in the Warehouse
• Utilizing internal systems
  • Ticket Systems (IT requests, Marketing requests, Purchase Order Numbers etc)
  • Payroll Management Systems
  • Time & Attendance Systems 
• Using the telephone 
  • Contacting applicants to pre-screen them and book interviews
  • Speaking to Warehouse Managers and clients
• Conducting candidate induction/assessments 
  • You should be confident speaking to large groups of people
• Data collation/reporting 
  • Tracking worker attendance
  • Creating Reports 
  • Working with databases 
• Meetings/briefings with different client teams (Operations, HR, Health & Safety etc)
  • You should be confident dealing with a variety of people, from Warehouse Managers to Warehouse Operatives
