The role:
To provide qualified leads for the Life Insurance consultants to several of our clients. To build effective relationships and conduct fact finds with potential clients and existing customers by use of appropriate questioning, language, and soft skills.

What we are looking for:
Reliable, positive and a ‘can do’ attitude! Previous experience of working towards targets and sales ideally within a Call Centre environment, driven by money/commission, as well as motivated by the rewards of achieving targets! Ability to build rapport and add that personal human touch into our customer’s journey.
Enjoys working in a fast paced, vibrant, positive team that understands the benefits of sharing best practice.

Salary: £20k – Uncapped commission.
Daily and weekly incentives. 
No weekends.

Hours: Mon – Thurs 9:00am – 18:00pm / Fri 9:00am – 15:00pm

Previous experience within a sales department, contact centre, insurance, telesales, Debt Management, door to door sales and lead generator – 6 months minimum sales experience
