Warehouse Picker Packer

Nexus People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our amazing warehouse team in Shirebrook, working for one of the UK’s leading & largest fashion retailers. 

Warehouse Operative – The Role & Responsibilities
You will be working in our client’s new Distribution Centre and the role will include: 

• Picking and packing items for customer orders
• Helping load and unload pallets and stock items
• There will be other general warehouse duties involved ad-hoc

The role is target driven, and you will be monitored based on your:

• Attendance
• Pick Performance 
• Conduct

This can be a challenging environment to work in, and you will be expected to work hard, but in return, you will be part of a team that is like family.

Warehouse Operative – Shift Patterns

• Days – £10.50-£12.50 p/h
• Evenings – £11.25-£13.25 p/h
• Nights – £12.00-£14.00 p/h

Warehouse Operative – Important Requirements 
To be considered for this role, you must have: 

• The ability to speak, read and write fluently in English 
• A “can-do” attitude and a friendly approach to others

You do not need to have previous experience working in a picking/packing environment and full training is given to ensure you are up to speed and hitting your targets as soon as possible.
